Its been long established that consuming milk from an animal is not good for humans. Weak bones, cancer, weight gain and bad skin is just some of the reasons to ease up on the amount of milk and cheese you consume per day.

And when you think about it, why would big industry want us to feed this stuff to our little kids if there is so much evidence it can cause their developing bodies and brains – harm?
